Sometimes, I find it hard to justify what I do to others. Most people think it's difficult; like playing the drums, or a martial art. For me this… "writing" has never been laborious, far from it. I am happiest when I'm writing (just ask my parents). I tell people that it's easier than you think, and more difficult than you would assume. Stephen King described writing like being an archeologist; the city is there, all you are doing is digging in the sand, sifting through archaic rubble, uncovering hidden secrets and cities of mystery. That seems to be the best analogy for me. All I have to do is be honest. If I do that, and do it well, then you, the reader, should be able to enjoy what little I can offer. As I mentioned before… enjoy.
